Mulai tanggal 17 Maret 2020 Adik-Adik berkegiatan di rumah. Setiap hari akan ada surat dari kami berisi panduan kegiatan.

Kegiatan hari pertama untuk Kelas Darat

A. Pra-kegiatan

  • Bangun pagi tetap seperti pada hari sekolah.
  • Mandi
  • Berpakaian bebas rapi
  • Sarapan
  • Menunggu sapaan dari Kakak

B. Kegiatan Inti (mulai pukul 08.00)

  • Jenis Kegiatan: Latihan Aktivitas Sehari-Hari
  • Prasyarat:
    • Apabila kegiatan menulis/menggambar, dilakukan di meja dan kursi
    • Saat berkegiatan televisi dalam keadaan mati
  • Kegiatan per Kelas:
    • Darat
      • Tema: Air
      • Kegiatan
    • Brain Gym
    • Snack buah
    • Membuka dan menutup keran
    • Mencuci tangan dengan 3 tahap sesuai dengan 6 langkah mencuci tangan dari WHO:
      1. Ratakan sabun dengan menggosok kedua telapak tangan
      2. Menggosok punggung tangan
      3. Menggosok sela-sela jari

C. Penutup

Apabila telah selesai, Adik merapikan peralatan dan ruangan. Berdoa dan makan siang.

D. Catatan

  1. Lama belajar

Karena baru pemanasan, di hari pertama ini, lama kegiatan tergantung pada kebutuhan. Sangat penting dalam satu siklus kegiatan tidak diseling kegiatan lain. Misalnya, sedang mencuci sepatu dari dapur tercium aroma masakan. Kegiatan terhenti untuk mengunyah masakan tersebut. Setelah kegiatan selesai, bisa istirahat dengan snack time, berjalan-jalan atau bermain selama kurang lebih 15 menit. Lalu kembali ke kegiatan lagi.

  1. Pendampingan

Tergantung pada usia dan kebutuhan individu, mungkin ada Adik perlu pendampingan penuh, mungkin tidak.

E. Pelaporan

Apabila telah selesai, laporkan hasil kegiatan melalui Google Form. Apabila memungkinkan, dapat disertai foto yang dapat dikirim melalui GF atau ke WA.
