- Bangun pagi tetap seperti pada hari sekolah
- Mandi
- Berpakaian bebas rapi
- Sarapan
- Menunggu sapaan dari Kakak
B. Kegiatan Inti (mulai pukul 08.00)
1. Jenis Kegiatan : Latihan Aktivitas Sehari-Hari dan Fisik Motorik
2. Prasyarat
a. Apabila kegiatan menulis/menggambar, dilakukan di meja dan kursi
b. Saat berkegiatan televisi dalam keadaan mati
3. Kegiatan :
a. Brain Gym
b. Makan buah potong
c. Mencuci tangan sebelum dan setelah berkegiatan
d. Menuang air
e. Berjalan membawa ember kecil berisi air
C. Penutup
Apabila telah selesai, Adik merapikan peralatan dan ruangan. Berdoa dan makan siang.
D. Pelaporan
Apabila telah selesai, laporkan hasil kegiatan melalui Google Form. Pengisian GF pengganti dari absensi Adik di kelas. Update yang telah mengisi GF akan dilakukan keesokan harinya. Mohon untuk dapat mengirimkan foto/video kegiatan melalui WA.

Menuang air
- Baki dengan ukuran sedang, dapat dipakai untuk meletakkan teko, dan dapat dibawa anak.
- Dua teko dengan pegangan yang dapat dicekal anak usia 2-3 tahun. Lebih baik teko beling. Salah satu teko diisi air kira-kira 2 cm.
- Spons untuk mengelap tetesan, berukuran kira-kira 3x3x3cm (bisa dipegang anak batita).
- Alas kerja dari plastik.
- Rak untuk meletakkan baki.
- Melatih jari dan tangan.
- Mendengarkan suara gemericik air.
- Dilakukan tanpa bicara.
- Anak dan orang tua duduk bersisian.
- Pertama orang tua memberi contoh, anak memperhatikan. Apabila anak pengguna tangan kanan, orang dewasa duduk di sebelah kanan. Apabila anak bertangan kidal, orang dewasa duduk di sebelah kiri.
- Saat menarik kursi, jangan ada suara.
- Lakukan semua langkah satu per satu, tidak terburu-buru. Apabila dijeda kegiatan lain, ulangi.
- Baki diambil dari rak/meja dan dibawa ke meja kerja. Pastikan salah satu teko sudah berisi air, terletak di sebelah kanan (apabila pengguna tangan kanan, dan di kiri untuk yang kidal)
- Tarik kursi.
- Duduk
- Ambil alas plastik, buka.
- Ambil satu teko dengan dua tangan, letakkan di alas kerja.
- Ambil teko yang lain, letakkan di alas kerja juga.
- Kedua teko dalam satu garis lurus.
- Ambil spons, letakkan di antara kedua teko.
- Ambil teko yang berisi air dengan tangan kanan (bagi pengguna tangan kanan), dan dengan tangan kiri bagi yang kidal). Di dalam Video Kak Aas menggunakan tangan kiri karena sedang memberikan contoh untuk Adik.
- Air dituang sedikit demi sedikit. Cermati suara air menetes ke teko yang lain. Lakukan kurang kebih 1 menit. Air tidak perlu habis.
- Kembalikan teko ke baki, dimulai dari teko yang berisi air.
- Kembalikan teko yang kosong ke baki.
- Lap alas kerja dengan spons, terutama bagian yang terkena tetesan air.
- Lipat alas kerja.
- Kembalikan baki ke meja/rak penyimpan
- Masukkan kursi ke dalam meja.
- Selesai
Berjalan membawa ember berisi air
- Meningkatkan kemampuan motorik
- Menguatkan otot tangan dan kaki
- Mengembangkan koordinasi tubuh.

- Ayah / Bunda mempraktikkan di depan Adik.
- Angkat ember kecil yang berisi air.
